First: Registration and Enrollment Terms

• A trainee's registration in any training course constitutes full acceptance of all the terms and conditions and the refund policy set out below.
• Trainees must enter their details correctly during registration and are responsible for any inaccurate information.
• Places are confirmed after full payment of fees or within the period specified by the center.
• The center reserves the right to refuse or suspend any trainee's registration in the event of a violation of the terms or approved training regulations.

Second: Training Schedule and Delivery Format

• Training programs may be delivered in person, online, or through blended learning, as specified in each program's description.
• Trainees must adhere to the program's schedule and regulations and meet the required attendance percentage to receive a certificate.
• The center may change course dates or venues when necessary, provided that trainees are notified.

Third: Course Cancellation and Rescheduling by the Center

• The center may cancel or postpone any training course if the minimum number of trainees is not reached or for organizational reasons.
• If the center cancels a course, trainees may choose between a full refund of the amount paid or transferring their enrollment to another suitable course at no additional charge.

Fourth: Cancellation or Modification of Registration by the Trainee

• Trainees may request cancellation of their registration before the course start date, subject to the refund policy below.
• Course fees may be transferred to another course, subject to seat availability and sufficient advance notice to the Center before the course begins.
• Once the course has started, trainees are not entitled to withdraw or request a refund except in exceptional cases approved by the Center.

Section 5: Refund Policy

Before the course begins:

• Trainees are entitled to a full refund if cancellation is requested 5 or more days before the course begins.
• If cancellation is requested less than 5 days before the course start date, administrative fees or value-added tax (if applicable) may be deducted.
• Once the course has actually begun, whether in person or online, trainees are not entitled to a refund except in special cases determined by the Center.
• No refund will be issued if a trainee fails to attend the course or is absent without prior notice.
• For approved refunds, value-added tax (15%) may be deducted if applicable, along with administrative fees for processing the request.
• Refund requests are processed within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at registration.

Section 6: Responsibilities and Obligations

• Trainees must comply with the rules and regulations at the training premises and observe proper etiquette in discussions and course participation.
• Photographing, recording, or republishing course content without official permission from the Center is strictly prohibited.
• The Center is not responsible for technical problems caused by a trainee's poor internet connection in remotely delivered programs.

Section 7: Complaints and Suggestions

• Trainees may submit a complaint or request support through the Center's official channels.
• The Center undertakes to respond to and address complaints within a reasonable period.

Section 8: Amendments to the Terms

The Center reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and refund policy at any time. The version published on the website is the authoritative version.
